I like to think Che and Sandino inspired some pretty badass revolutionary music like Kortatu here rocking the hell out of Managua.
Who I think were pretty inspired by The Clash and their Sandinista! album.
Who also went on to make sick musically revolutionary Hip Hop joints with Futura 2000.
So thanks to Che and Sandino for indirectly giving us Hip Hop, Graffiti and Punk! Well..sort of.

Love the post! Grabbed the license plate shot yesterday also. I learned much about the Sandanistas and Nicaragua´s history thru musicians como The Clash & Bruce Cockburn.
